As Planner & Permit Coordinator you act as a spider in the web for the entire Operations & Maintenance Team. You ensure the efficient planning and coordination of maintenance work and repairs to the wind turbines. You always keep a clear overview of all operations & maintenance activities and report to the Operations & Maintenance Director.

Maintenance planning

  • You make plans for long-term maintenance campaigns. You do this in consultation with the maintenance engineers
  • Since the activities are highly weather dependent, you will liaise with the maintenance engineers on a daily basis to determine new priorities and adjust the planning where necessary
  • You maintain contact with subcontractors and also consult with them
  • You take into account the certificates and skills of the maintenance engineers. In 2021, you take into account the legal 'Covid work bubbles'
  • You make the schedules in accordance with the available boats (CTV): you always choose the most efficient use of resources
  • Work preparation
  • You prepare manifests for the Vessel Marine Coordinator
  • You check the validity of permits issued by Otary and subcontractors
  • You actively participate in daily coordination meetings with maintenance engineers and    marine coordinators
  • During maintenance work you assist (remotely) the maintenance engineers and their project leaders

Optimization

  • You look ahead to future projects and maintenance campaigns
  • You learn from each project and organize debriefings with team members
  • You register, among other things, the duration of past campaigns and you actively think about areas for improvement for future work
  • You manage optimisations in software tools

We have a match if:

  • You have at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
  • You have relevant experience in a technical environment
  •  You have experience with project management
